Freelance English‑Speaking Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced English‑speaking freelance recruiter to join Mercier Consultancy MD’s remote team. You will work independently to source, assess and place high‑quality talent for a variety of global clients, enjoying full flexibility over your schedule and location.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and attract candidates across diverse industries and markets.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, negotiation and offer closure.
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment technologies and best practices.
• Provide timely updates and market insights to internal teams.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a freelance capacity.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
