Freelance Lecturer – General Management, Strategy & Leadership

About the role

The Berlin School of Business and Innovation is seeking a part‑time freelance lecturer to teach modules on General Management, Strategy and Leadership across all campuses. You will act as the primary academic contact for assigned courses, guiding students through lectures, projects and dissertations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled teaching sessions for the assigned modules.
• Design or adapt curriculum and create supporting learning materials such as slide decks.
• Mentor and supervise students on projects, dissertations and internships.
• Prepare and evaluate assignments, exams and other assessments.
• Provide regular feedback and monitor student performance.
• Participate in academic activities and represent the school in thought‑leadership events.

Required profile

• PhD or equivalent qualification with strong theoretical and practical knowledge in management, strategy or leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to teach at university level and supervise research work.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
