Freight Procurement Specialist – European Road Freight

About the role

Seven Senders is looking for a Freight Procurement Specialist to expand its carrier network across Europe. You will be responsible for securing competitive rates and high operational performance for our cross‑border logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic purchasing process for road freight services (FTL, LTL, groupage).
• Calculate pricing for European road freight transports.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing transport partners, including performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Freight Operations, and Parcel Logistics teams.
• Participate in projects aimed at optimizing and automating procurement processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in European road freight purchasing or operations management.
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and sense of ownership.
• Motivation to learn and grow within the logistics field.
• Good knowledge of MS Office products.
• Fluent English and German (minimum B2 level).
