Front Office Crew – Hospitality (Hamburg)

About the role

As a Front Office Crew member at Generator in Hamburg, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every stay feels personal and memorable. You will help create a vibrant atmosphere that reflects Generator’s innovative, youth‑focused brand while delivering outstanding service.

Key responsibilities

• Own the guest journey from check‑in to check‑out, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Monitor and adjust social spaces, lighting, sound and temperature to maintain brand standards.
• Handle cash transactions and perform accurate end‑of‑shift procedures.
• Provide local recommendations on cafés, bars, restaurants, art and music.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety, health & safety, food hygiene and other company policies.
• Collaborate with the Front Office team to drive revenue and maintain a fast‑paced, organized environment.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and the youth travel market.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with a desire to “wow” guests.
• Ability to stay cool under pressure and manage a rapid work pace.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eligibility to work in the EU.

Required skills

• Experience using a Property Management System.
• Cash handling and shift reconciliation.
