Frontend Developer – Vue.js, TypeScript & Tailwind

About the role

Join the technology team of Europe’s leading e‑commerce company in the window and door sector. As a Frontend Developer you will shape the user experience of our nine online shops, working closely with product owners and backend engineers to deliver fast, accessible and maintainable web interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain reusable frontend components using TypeScript, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS and Vite.
• Write comprehensive unit tests and apply test‑driven development where possible.
• Implement API clients to communicate with backend services.
• Monitor error logs and performance metrics, proactively improving stability and UX.
• Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues across browsers and devices.
• Continuously enhance usability, accessibility and performance of web applications.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience with modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of Vue.js (or React) and state‑management libraries such as Pinia or Vuex.
• Hands‑on experience with Vite as a build tool.
• Deep understanding of CSS, especially utility‑first frameworks like Tailwind.
• Comfortable writing unit tests; TDD is a strong plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and proactive attitude.
• Fluent English communication skills.
