Frontend Engineer – Web

About the role

As a Frontend Engineer at voize, you will create and scale web interfaces that help nursing leaders make informed decisions to improve facility quality and resident health. You will work in a fast‑growing AI‑driven startup that aims to give frontline workers more time for people.

Key responsibilities

• Design technical solutions based on product, design and architecture requirements.
• Build scalable, modern front‑ends that can grow across markets and verticals.
• Ship features quickly while maintaining a clean UI backlog.
• Participate in engineering quality discussions, balancing robustness and speed.
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers and product managers to refine requirements, review APIs and maintain a consistent design system.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience building and scaling front‑ends in UX‑heavy environments.
• Strong expertise in modern React and TypeScript.
• Analytics mindset – experience with tools such as Sentry, PostHog and Grafana.
• Hands‑on experience using large language models (LLMs) to accelerate development while understanding their limitations.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality front‑ends in fast‑paced startup settings.
