Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing SaaS company that has built a unique meta‑search engine for private real‑estate investors. As a Full Stack Developer you will help maintain and evolve this platform, ensuring it remains reliable, performant, and aligned with emerging market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the proprietary real‑estate meta‑search engine.
• Proactively monitor system performance and prioritize bug fixes or new feature development.
• Balance refactoring work with delivering visible progress for clients.
• Contribute ideas and influence product direction within a collaborative team.
• Work with a modern tech stack that includes Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and React.

Required profile

• Proven experience in web development using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and interest in DevSecOps.
• Proficiency in JavaScript with hands‑on experience in React components (not full SPAs).
• Senior‑level intuition for selecting and optimizing technology stacks.
• Ability to take initiative, propose ideas, and communicate effectively in both German and English.
