Fullstack Software Engineer, Perception Experience

About the role

Intrinsic, Google’s AI robotics group, is building the next generation of industrial robotics. The Perception Experience team creates tools that make it easy for developers to add perception capabilities—such as pose estimation—to robotic applications. We are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to design and implement web interfaces that guide users through perception workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end web interfaces for perception tasks, from camera onboarding to pose‑estimation execution.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create intuitive, user‑friendly experiences.
• Integrate frontend components with Intrinsic’s backend APIs and services.
• Own and improve critical user‑interface workflows within the Flowstate product.
• Write automated tests and ensure high code quality.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in frontend web development.
• Willingness to work with real cameras and robotic hardware.

Required skills

• Modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with a major web framework such as React or Angular.
• Backend development experience in C++ or Python.
• Familiarity or interest in 3D computer vision and registration techniques.
