About the role

Join the Peak Performance retail team in Munich as a full‑time Sales Assistant. You will deliver a high‑quality shopping experience, support customers with product knowledge, and help achieve store sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, personalized service and product recommendations to customers.
• Apply sales techniques to meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Operate the POS system, handling transactions accurately.
• Maintain well‑stocked shelves and efficient inventory management.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing according to merchandising standards.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Sales‑driven mindset with a customer‑focused approach.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
• Attention to detail for visual merchandising.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours.
• Previous retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
