German‑Speaking Customer Service Advisor – Fixed‑Term

About the role

Join LEGO’s award‑winning Consumer & Shopper Engagement team as a German‑speaking Customer Service Advisor. This fixed‑term position runs from 1 September 2026 to 31 January 2027 and supports LEGO fans worldwide during the peak season.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to consumer inquiries in English and German via phone and email.
• Handle order, return, digital app, LEGO electronics, product quality and feedback queries.
• Use internal tools and programs to diagnose and resolve LEGO‑related issues.
• Maintain a positive, engaging relationship with fans.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes Saturdays and varied shifts.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and German.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage high‑volume inquiries.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Solid IT proficiency to navigate internal support systems.
