Global Events Intern (Munich)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Global Events Intern to join our Munich office and support the Events team in delivering high‑impact luxury fashion events. This 6‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in event logistics, supplier coordination, and post‑event analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with general admin tasks such as shipping samples, updating creative decks, and managing post‑event gifting.
• Prepare post‑event reports, presentations, and share event assets internally.
• Compile weekly reports for the management team.
• Manage sample cupboard, archive, and new supplier research.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure safe delivery and storage of event materials.
• Support shipping and customs teams by creating labels and tracking shipments.

Required profile

• Degree background in Luxury Fashion Management, Events, Marketing, or Public Relations.
• Experience with event management in luxury segments.
• Strong time‑management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Available for a 6‑month period in Munich.
• Previous internships or event‑related experience is a plus.
