Global Industry Head – Supply Chain Management

About the role

We are seeking a Global Industry Head to lead our Supply Chain Management practice across Europe. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape strategy, drive growth and oversee the delivery of innovative, AI‑enabled supply chain solutions for Fortune‑500 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global supply chain vision, aligning with market trends and AI advancements.
• Lead a business unit with full P&L responsibility, delivering revenue targets and profitable growth.
• Develop and launch new consulting offerings, industry solutions and transformation services.
• Expand and nurture strategic relationships with large enterprise customers.
• Provide executive‑level guidance to Fortune‑500 organisations on supply chain optimisation.

Required profile

• 20+ years of leadership experience in supply chain management, manufacturing, logistics, procurement or supply chain consulting.
• Proven track record of leading an industry business, consulting practice or business unit with commercial accountability.
• Demonstrated success in business growth, strategic planning and P&L management.
• Executive credibility with large, global organisations.
• Work authorization for Germany that does not require employer sponsorship.
