Global Lead Learning & Development & Training Management

About the role

As the Global Lead for Learning & Development and Training Management, you will combine strategic leadership with hands‑on execution to shape a data‑driven, business‑aligned learning ecosystem worldwide. Reporting to the Senior Director Talent, Leadership & Learning, you will drive continuous development, modern technology adoption, and measurable impact across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Refine and implement a harmonized global learning strategy that fosters a culture of lifelong learning.
• Design and oversee a high‑quality learning portfolio (digital, blended, classroom) aligned with business priorities.
• Establish global standards, frameworks, and governance for Learning & Development.
• Identify learning needs across functions, leadership levels, and regions and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
• Implement KPIs, reporting, and analytics to monitor and improve learning outcomes.
• Drive the global learning technology ecosystem, integrating AI and emerging digital learning innovations.
• Lead a global team of learning technology specialists and instructional designers, and support local L&D teams.
• Collaborate with international HR and other functions to create synergies and share best practices.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or related HR fields, preferably in an international environment.
• Proven track record of building and implementing global learning strategies and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies, digital learning, and learning technologies.
