Graduate Engineer Trainee – Appian Low‑Code Development

About the role

We are looking for motivated German‑speaking graduates to start their career in low‑code development on the Appian platform. The position provides a structured training program, hands‑on project work and the chance to collaborate in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured Appian BPM training program.
• Assist in designing, developing and deploying applications on the Appian platform.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to gather and implement business requirements.
• Support testing, debugging and documentation of the solutions.
• Demonstrate proactive learning and teamwork.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field (2023/2024 graduates preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in German (C1 or native) and good English.
• Willingness to relocate to and work from Germany.

Required skills

• Basic programming knowledge (Java, SQL or scripting).
• Interest in low‑code development and the Appian BPM platform.
