Graphic Designer – B2B Visual Storytelling (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to turn complex B2B concepts into clear, visually engaging assets. Based in Germany and working fully remote, you will collaborate with writers, marketers and strategists to produce reports, ebooks, social media graphics and print magazines that simplify data and research.

Key responsibilities

• Design reports, whitepapers, ebooks and research documents that meet client and internal brand standards.
• Convert data, frameworks and insights into infographics and visual narratives.
• Create custom diagrams and visual systems from concept to final polished output.
• Lead or support the design of print magazines, ensuring strong layout and storytelling.
• Produce digital and social media assets adapted for multiple client channels.
• Manage several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to align visuals with strategic messaging.

Required profile

• Proven graphic design experience with a diverse portfolio covering digital and print.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Self‑directed, able to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, open to feedback.
