Graphic Designer (m/f/d) – Ratingen

About the role

Boost Collectibles Promotions is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join its team in Ratingen. You will work at the intersection of creativity and execution, supporting loyalty and collectibles campaigns for leading retailers and brands across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually engaging presentations for pitches, client meetings, and sales opportunities.
• Design packaging, promotional materials, POS assets, and campaign visuals.
• Prepare, review, and finalize print‑ready artwork and production files.
• Support concept development and visual storytelling for loyalty and collectibles programs.
• Translate strategic and commercial objectives into impactful design solutions while ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, external production partners, and international stakeholders.
• Leverage AI‑powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, visual development, and production processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in graphic design, packaging design, production design, or a similar creative role.
• Strong visual sense and ability to turn strategic briefs into compelling designs.
• Experience working on international projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable using AI‑enhanced design workflows.
