Graphic & Product Designer (Unpaid Internship)

About the role

We are a young pet‑nutrition startup preparing to launch our first dog snack. We are looking for a creative Graphic / Product Designer to help shape our visual identity and product packaging while gaining hands‑on startup experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging, labels, and product visuals that stand out on shelves and online.
• Develop brand‑aligned graphics for campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to ensure consistent brand experiences.
• Contribute creative ideas for product innovation and visual storytelling.
• Ensure all designs are user‑friendly, engaging, and impactful.

Required profile

• Motivated student or recent graduate eager to build real‑world startup experience.
• Hands‑on mentality, initiative and ability to work independently.
• Passion for pets and interest in sustainable pet nutrition.
• Based in Berlin is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Experience with packaging or product design and basic understanding of print production (preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and versatility.
