Group Controller – Financial Planning & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a Group Controller to lead financial planning, reporting and performance management across our international business. Based in Munich with a hybrid work model, you will work closely with national and global stakeholders to ensure consistent, high‑quality financial data.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual group‑level reporting cycles.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Develop and improve controlling tools, reporting structures and performance metrics.
• Analyse financial and operational data to aid management decision‑making.
• Collaborate with internal partners to enhance reporting consistency and data quality.
• Optimise controlling processes, systems and data architectures.
• Contribute to KPI development, business analysis and management reporting initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Several years of experience in controlling, FP&A or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on financial performance management.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Structured, solution‑oriented working style and strong stakeholder communication skills.
