Growth Manager, Strategy & Operations, DACH

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Manager, Strategy & Operations to drive key growth initiatives for a fast‑growing e‑mobility startup. You will shape the company’s trajectory across acquisition, conversion, pricing and category management, using data, market insights and experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, experiment and analyse promotional campaigns to maximise ROI.
• Develop pricing strategies based on market trends, customer behaviour and competitive analysis.
• Improve category management and launch targeted growth initiatives.
• Define the north‑star for the customer journey, identify improvement areas and prioritise actions to boost conversion and satisfaction.
• Identify, plan and test new sales channels to expand revenue and the customer base.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and marketing teams, providing data‑driven insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, pricing, revenue/category management, operations, data analytics or investment banking.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex analyses into clear strategies.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
