Growth Marketing Intern

About the role

As a Growth Marketing Intern at Consultport, you will support the development and execution of cross‑channel marketing initiatives aimed at increasing organic traffic, lead generation and brand visibility. Working closely with the marketing team, you will gain hands‑on experience in strategy, content creation, paid media and performance analytics within a fast‑growing B2B platform.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing cross‑channel marketing strategies to boost organic traffic and generate qualified leads.
• Create and optimise high‑quality reports and SEO‑focused content for C‑suite audiences, using tools such as SEMrush.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Develop organic and paid social media content strategies to engage senior executives and strengthen brand authority.
• Track, analyse and visualise marketing metrics with Looker Studio and Google Analytics, providing actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Final‑year student (top 25% of class) in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Must be able to complete a mandatory internship as part of your studies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German or French is a plus.
• Passion for marketing, brand building and data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• SEO fundamentals and experience with SEMrush.
• Paid media management on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Data analysis and reporting using Looker Studio and Google Analytics.
