Growth Marketing Manager – France

About the role

Funzy is launching its play‑sofa brand in France and needs a hands‑on Growth Marketing Manager to own the market entry and build a scalable performance engine. You will act as an “Entrepreneur in Residence” for the French market, driving acquisition, brand awareness, and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full‑cycle growth strategy from testing to scaling, focusing on ROAS and customer acquisition.
• Manage the relationship with the Meta Ads agency, brief and adapt creatives for the French audience.
• Plan, execute, and optimise email campaigns using Klaviyo and set up a structured CRM for France.
• Localise the Shopify store, product pages, ad copy and email flows to ensure a consistent brand experience.
• Analyse daily KPIs (ROAS, CPA, hook rate) and translate insights into actionable scaling opportunities.
• Handle early‑stage customer support, identify pain points and document SOPs for future team expansion.

Required profile

• Native‑level French and fluent English.
• 2–3 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in D2C or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, high ownership and willingness to build processes from scratch.
