About the role
We are looking for a GTM Director to lead enterprise‑level AI sales across Germany. You will bridge the gap between generative AI experiments and agentic AI outcomes, driving high‑value deals and long‑term revenue streams for a fast‑growing startup.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with C‑level executives, IT leaders and CXOs in large enterprises.
- Own and expand strategic accounts, turning them into long‑term success stories.
- Identify, engage and close net‑new customers across the region, targeting €500k+ deals.
- Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, legal terms and procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate account data, forecasts and timelines in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and ongoing customer success.
Required profile
- Several years of consistently exceeding sales targets in SaaS or AI‑driven solutions.
- Proven track record closing large, complex enterprise deals with multi‑stakeholder buying cycles.
- Strong network of relationships with CXOs and senior decision‑makers in enterprise environments.
- Hunter mentality with a record of generating new opportunities and closing high‑value contracts.
- Fluent in English and German, comfortable communicating at the executive level.

- Salesforce (CRM management and reporting).
