Guest Room Attendant – Dublin

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Guest Room Attendant to join our team at the AC Hotel in Dublin. You will play a key part in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests, working flexible hours that include weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to franchise and hotel standards.
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety throughout daily assignments.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies and respond to guest requests or complaints promptly.
• Observe all house, safety, and security procedures, ensuring confidentiality of guest rooms.
• Restock cleaning carts at the end of each shift and complete deep‑cleaning or seasonal tasks as scheduled.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in cleaning; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management, and co‑workers.
• Availability to work weekends and varied shifts, including holidays.
• Knowledge of local attractions and activities is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proper chemical handling and safe use of cleaning agents.
