Head of Data & Analytics (All Genders)

About the role

As the Head of Data & Analytics you will lead getolo’s Data & Analytics function, turning data into strategic advantage and measurable growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the data strategy and ensure it becomes a core enabler of the company’s ambitious expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the company‑wide Data & Analytics strategy, aligning it with growth objectives.
• Identify high‑value business opportunities and translate them into analytics initiatives.
• Partner with the executive team to support strategic decision‑making and drive cross‑functional projects.
• Define and prioritize the Business Analytics roadmap, set reporting standards and KPI definitions.
• Build and scale a central Business Analytics capability and mentor embedded analysts.
• Develop analytics for customer acquisition, attribution, and marketing measurement.
• Provide strategic direction for the Data Platform, prioritize investments and ensure scalability.
• Act as the central alignment point across Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Platform teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience leading Data, BI or Analytics functions.
• Proven track record building business‑focused analytics organisations.
• Strong understanding of modern analytics architectures and data platforms.
• Experience influencing senior leadership and driving a data‑driven culture.
