Head of Growth - Demand Generation

About the role

We are seeking a high‑octane Head of Growth to turn a proven AI‑driven ERP product into a market‑leading commercial engine. Reporting directly to the founders, you will own the full go‑to‑market strategy, from pipeline creation to closing enterprise deals, and later build a world‑class growth team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end GTM strategy, including demand generation, positioning, and enterprise sales.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline that converts large‑scale enterprise interest into long‑term revenue.
• Navigate complex sales cycles and secure partnerships with global corporations and industry leaders.
• Define the sales playbook in the short term while preparing to recruit and lead a growth team.
• Collaborate with the founding team to align product evolution with market feedback.
• Make swift, data‑driven decisions to accelerate growth.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or GTM within enterprise SaaS or high‑end consulting.
• Proven track record of selling to or marketing to large, complex enterprises.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale a pipeline that drives revenue.
• Willingness to work onsite in Berlin six days a week.
• Deep sense of ownership and ability to execute projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort with direct, honest feedback.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
