Head of HR – Europe

About the role

ANTA Sports is seeking a senior HR leader to serve as the strategic partner for its European operations. You will shape talent management, ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and build a high‑performance culture in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional business leaders to understand needs and design talent strategies.
• Oversee recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation, and corporate culture initiatives.
• Manage labor relations, visa processing, and other administrative tasks in line with EU and local labor laws.
• Lead HR projects and administrative management at country and regional levels.
• Localize and continuously upgrade HR systems across all modules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or generalist role.
• Proven experience across multiple HR functions; recruitment, compensation & benefits, and performance management preferred.
• High resilience, strong collaboration, growth mindset, and ability to adapt to new environments.
• Willingness to accept long‑term international assignments and frequent travel.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
