Head of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the global marketing strategy for a fast‑scaling technology business based in Germany. This senior role will own the full marketing lifecycle, from demand generation and content strategy to brand growth and measurable revenue impact, working in a remote, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing vision, covering demand creation, brand growth and revenue contribution.
• Build and run multi‑channel inbound programs across SEO, social media, email, content syndication, community and performance marketing.
• Develop scalable content systems using storytelling, audience psychology and performance insights.
• Strengthen organic visibility with AI‑driven search and discovery strategies.
• Activate founder‑led marketing initiatives such as podcasts, speaking engagements and earned media.
• Leverage AI agents, automation platforms and workflow systems to improve efficiency.
• Partner with Product and Partnerships teams to turn launches and integrations into go‑to‑market campaigns.
• Establish marketing processes, performance frameworks and measurement systems for continuous optimisation.
• Lead, mentor and expand high‑performing marketing teams while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, inbound or growth marketing.
• Proven track record leading marketing teams in high‑growth, fast‑moving environments.
• Strong background in building scalable marketing engines and delivering measurable business growth.
• Experience shaping brand strategy and executing multi‑channel campaigns at a senior level.
