Head of Paid Media (f/m/d)

About the role

The Head of Paid Media (f/m/d) at MOONBASE leads the Social Performance team and drives the creation and delivery of performance‑marketing strategies across major social platforms. You will set KPIs, plan, execute and optimise paid social campaigns while collaborating closely with client teams to communicate strategy and results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch paid social campaigns across multiple channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Analyse campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities and implement changes to exceed client expectations and KPIs.
• Project‑manage all activities required to run and create campaigns efficiently.
• Produce high‑quality client‑facing reports, studies and presentations, comparing forecasts to actual results.
• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with account teams, clients, advertising partners and internal colleagues.
• Support new business by delivering paid‑social audits and detailed account reports.

Required profile

• Strong English business writing skills; German is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in social performance marketing.
• Self‑starter, highly motivated and passionate about paid social.
• Structured, methodical approach with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• High attention to detail and excellent verbal communication.
• Project‑management expertise to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Deep knowledge of all facets of major social media platforms.
• Up‑to‑date with social trends and experience creating viral content.
