Working Student – Business Development & Marketing

About the role

As a Working Student at moonbase you will support day‑to‑day business and special projects across Business Development, Marketing and Communications, gaining hands‑on experience with leading brands and social media campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and structure marketing approaches for multiple social media platforms.
• Support client teams on performance marketing, influencer marketing, reporting and content editing.
• Assist internal workstreams related to agency growth and contribute to innovative ideas.
• Gain an inside perspective of category‑leading brands and help clients achieve their goals.

Required profile

• Completed at least the 3rd semester of a Bachelor’s in business, marketing, design or a related field (or currently in a Master/MBAB).
• Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
• Availability of 20 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.
• Analytical mindset, high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Slides.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
