Head of SEO – Lead Affiliate Portfolio

About the role

We are looking for a Head of SEO to own and scale our affiliate portfolio. You will work with leading publishers, drive SEO strategy across multiple verticals and have a direct impact on revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term SEO strategies for existing affiliate sites, optimizing high‑value pages and managing backlink campaigns.
• Launch new affiliate sites from scratch, handling keyword clustering, topic mapping, content structuring and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct on‑page and off‑page performance improvements, including content audits, SERP feature capture and link‑building initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities by researching new markets, assessing domain authority and traffic trends.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team of SEO Content Managers, setting priorities and ensuring high standards.

Required profile

• Proven track record of driving organic growth at scale through on‑page and off‑page SEO.
• Experience managing a team and delivering results in a fast‑paced, flat environment.
• Fluent in English (C1+) and German (C2) to communicate with international stakeholders.
• Analytical, structured and comfortable making decisions under pressure.
• Based in Berlin or able to work remotely.
