Head of Women's Apparel UK/EU

About the role

Quince is looking for a Head of Women’s Apparel for the UK and EU markets. In this senior position you will shape the product catalog, drive revenue growth and ensure the assortment aligns with the brand’s quality, price and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high‑growth merchandising strategy to meet ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
• Curate and manage the women’s apparel catalog, ensuring it exceeds UK/EU customer expectations.
• Influence and participate in sourcing decisions, pricing strategy, and product selection.
• Own sales performance, margin optimization and product return metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product offerings with brand positioning and pricing.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading women’s apparel merchandising or category management in the UK/EU market.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and margin growth.
• Deep understanding of customer expectations, fashion trends and sustainable sourcing.
• Ability to make data‑driven decisions and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
