Hotel Guest Room Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Guest Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at Wellsworth Hotel. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms while ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards and franchise guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues and handle guest requests or complaints promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
• Restock and return housekeeping carts at the end of each shift.
• Perform deep‑cleaning or seasonal cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Adhere to all house, safety, and security procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management, and coworkers.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of local attractions is a plus.
