Hotel Operations Coordinator (Munich)

About the role

As an on‑site Operations Coordinator at Numa, you will be the central point ensuring that every guest experiences a flawless, clean, and on‑brand environment across our Munich property. You will work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, regional Ops teams, and the remote Guest Experience team to keep the hotel running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily room inspections, drive improvement projects and collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to continuously raise room quality.
• Monitor arrivals, lead daily housekeeping briefings, and walk all public areas to guarantee they are guest‑ready.
• Schedule and attend maintenance appointments, ensure rooms are ready for check‑in, and oversee external partner amenities such as gyms or breakfast services.
• Identify, report, and resolve discrepancies before they affect guests; analyse guest reviews and on‑site requests to implement fast, effective fixes.
• Manage back‑of‑house operations including storage, stock, deliveries and local compliance.
• Support the remote ICT team with on‑site tech troubleshooting and act as the physical hands for technology implementation.
• Maintain clear communication by logging issues, escalating developments and keeping all teams informed.

Required profile

• Proactive and detail‑oriented mindset, acting as the eyes and ears of the tech‑enabled hotel model.
• Strong organizational abilities to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for over‑communicating updates and escalations across teams.
• Comfortable working on‑site in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
