Housekeeping Supervisor – Munich

About the role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will ensure that our aparthotels in Munich maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. You will rotate across five properties, inspecting rooms and public areas, coordinating with external cleaning partners and supporting the Head Housekeeper.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of departure rooms and public areas across all aparthotels.
• Verify that cleanliness meets company quality standards.
• Work closely with the external cleaning company to schedule and monitor tasks.
• Act as a liaison between housekeeping staff and hotel management.
• Monitor consumables, prepare reports and place orders as needed.
• Rotate among the five Munich aparthotels (30‑119 rooms each) to ensure consistent service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field (advantageous).
• Strong eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Structured, reliable work style.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and resilience in busy periods.
