HR Business Partner – Fixed Term (1 Year)

About the role

Fujifilm Healthcare Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner on a one‑year fixed‑term contract. You will work closely with the local leadership team to ensure the organisation has the right people, processes and structure to achieve its annual objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align workforce planning with business goals.
• Coach managers on employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, performance and absence management.
• Coordinate HR projects with the Head of HR for the European region.
• Manage interactions with the Works Council to foster proactive engagement.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure compliant, budget‑friendly hiring of qualified talent.
• Oversee onboarding, probation management and the full employee life‑cycle.
• Review and benchmark compensation frameworks to attract and retain staff.
• Ensure performance reviews, goal setting, development and career planning are consistently applied.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee data in Workday and provide accurate headcount reporting.
• Support payroll data provision and ensure timely processing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven HR Business Partner experience.
• Strong knowledge of German labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent coaching and advisory skills for managers.
• Ability to manage confidential employee matters with professionalism.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS) – configuration, data maintenance and reporting.
• Proficiency in HR policies, compensation benchmarking and performance management processes.
