About the role

Pluxee is looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner to support and develop its HR department in Germany and Austria. You will act as the main point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring smooth HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate error‑free payroll processing with external partners.
Provide end‑to‑end employee support from onboarding to offboarding, including contract drafting, registrations, references and terminations.
Maintain personnel files and manage HR IT systems.
Serve as the contact person for all HR administrative matters and employment‑law queries.
Prepare monthly HR reports and contribute to project work.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Drive recruiting activities and develop a structured HR process landscape.

Required profile

Strong knowledge of payroll and employment law (certifications a plus).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Fluent in German and English.
Highly organized, independent, solution‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
