HR Generalist – Employee & Recruitment Support

About the role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our multinational team. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting specialists and managers across several European locations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist specialists and managers with all personnel matters, from hiring to termination.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for selected positions, including job posting, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Handle personnel administration tasks such as contract creation, master‑data maintenance, and certificate issuance.
• Provide accurate HR data for payroll preparation and ensure high data quality.
• Support HR operations across European sites and coordinate cross‑border activities.
• Participate in HR projects, including process optimisation and system adjustments.
• Cover responsibilities of senior HR colleagues as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Hands‑on experience with recruiting, HR administration, and payroll support, preferably across multiple locations.
• Structured, detail‑oriented work style with strong quality standards.
• Proactive, pragmatic approach and willingness to take ownership.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
