HR Generalist / HR Lead (Chinese & English Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on HR Generalist / HR Lead who will be the sole HR point of contact for our German entity and support our growing teams across Europe. Reporting directly to the German management team, you will work on‑site in Alzenau and help shape the employee experience from recruitment to off‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment: manage local hiring in Germany and coordinate recruitment needs for France, Spain and the Netherlands.
• Employee Relations: oversee onboarding, off‑boarding, attendance tracking and daily HR communications.
• Culture: organise pragmatic team‑building activities for the European team.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to German labour law, social security regulations and payroll processes.

Required profile

• Fluency in both Chinese and English for internal and management communication.
• Solid experience with German labour law, social security and payroll.
• Previous experience in the IT, Big Data or Telecom sectors is a strong plus.
• Independent, detail‑oriented and hands‑on mindset with a willingness to own the full HR lifecycle.
