HR Generalist (m/f)

About the role

Jarltech is looking for an HR Generalist who enjoys working with people and wants to play an active role in shaping HR. You will handle the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, in a fast-paced environment while finding practical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, certificates, references and other HR documents
• Maintain employee master data and personnel files
• Provide HR data for payroll accounting and ensure high data quality
• Own the employee benefits program
• Run the recruitment process, from job ads and candidate communication to onboarding
• Help optimize and digitize HR processes
• Monitor the digital inbox and ensure reliable processing and filing of incoming physical mail

Required profile

• Commercial or business-related vocational training, ideally with additional HR qualifications
• Initial professional experience in HR administration or personnel management
• Good knowledge of German labor law, payroll tax and social security regulations
• Excellent German and business-fluent English
• Structured, independent and reliable working style, strong communication and discretion
• A valid Class B driver's license is an advantage

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with HR systems is an advantage
