HR Recruiter & Admin Intern (f/m/d) – Berlin

About the role

Join the HR department of a leading global communications agency as an HR Recruiter & Admin Intern. You will support the recruitment team throughout the full hiring cycle and assist with everyday HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating job descriptions, posting vacancies and screening candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial interviews and support hiring managers in decision making.
• Prepare employment contracts, reference letters and maintain recruitment statistics.
• Manage time‑recording, vacation and sick‑leave administration.
• Support occupational safety procedures and provide HR advice to employees and managers.
• Participate in daily reporting meetings with other teams and the CEO.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑semester student in Human Resources, Communications or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
