HR Senior Representative

About the role

Keysight is seeking a Senior HR Representative to provide strategic and hands‑on HR support for its German business units. You will partner with local and international senior leaders to shape HR strategy, drive talent initiatives, and ensure a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on all HR matters, delivering strategic guidance and operational support.
• Provide on‑site HR assistance to employees and managers in Germany, maintaining a visible HR presence.
• Collaborate with international units to design tailored HR solutions that meet workforce needs.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, performance management and related projects.
• Support change‑management efforts for global transformation initiatives.
• Ensure consistency of HR policies and practices across local and global teams.
• Drive employee engagement, inclusion, and a collaborative culture.
• Coach and mentor managers on leadership, performance, and employee‑relations topics.
• Work closely with the German Works Council, handling consultations, negotiations and compliance with co‑determination requirements.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and documentation in HR systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of global HR practices, German labor law and cultural dynamics.
• Proven ability to lead strategic HR initiatives and influence senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
