About the role
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join a partner of Haystack. In this position you will be responsible for the smooth operation of all HR processes and act as a key point of contact for payroll and employee data management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage HR administrative tasks such as creating contracts, amendments, and references.
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems.
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll and support payroll processing.
- Contribute to the optimisation and development of HR structures and processes.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all HR processes across the organisation.
Required profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a business degree with an HR focus.
- Relevant professional experience with proven HR expertise.
- Strong reliability, loyalty, flexibility and discretion.
- Structured and analytical approach with excellent communication skills.
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1) in speaking and writing.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
