Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our client’s team in Frankfurt. You will act as the primary HR advisor for a dedicated employee area, supporting managers on personnel law matters and guiding employees throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR partnership and independent advice to managers on all personnel law issues.
• Support employees from onboarding through departure, ensuring a smooth lifecycle experience.
• Organise and execute employee and incentive events.
• Execute critical HR processes in line with local and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with authorities, external service providers, and internal departments such as compensation, payroll, compliance, and recruiting.
• Work closely with the works council and support HR projects across Germany and Europe.
• Continuously optimise HR processes, policies and systems in partnership with management.

Required profile

• Completed studies, preferably in business administration, psychology, education or communication.
• Prior experience in Human Resources and employee relations is advantageous.
• Ability to work goal‑oriented in an agile environment, prioritising tasks and considering employee needs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience analysing diverse data accurately.
• Professionalism, absolute discretion and excellent verbal and written communication in German and English.
• Work authorization for Germany that does not require employer sponsorship.
