Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will lead and design people strategies for the German team and the broader DACH region, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to create a highly customer‑centric organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the people agenda for the function and design innovative HR practices.
• Oversee end‑to‑end life‑cycle management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and off‑boarding.
• Manage the monthly payroll process in collaboration with Finance and external payroll partners.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and maintain up‑to‑date HR policies.
• Drive learning and development initiatives, monitor the learning dashboard and ensure mandatory trainings are completed.
• Monitor engagement scores, propose and implement employee engagement actions.
• Maintain accurate HRMS data, generate reports and provide analytics for decision‑making.
• Support leadership on complex HR issues, compensation analysis and employee relations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering within the DACH region.
• Strong knowledge of German, Austrian and Swiss employment legislation.
• Ability to manage payroll, talent development and performance management processes.
• Analytical mindset with experience in HR data reporting and trend analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional leaders.
