Human Resources Generalist (Part-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to own the full HR agenda for a growing team of up to 50 employees. The role is part‑time (20 hours per week) with the possibility to become full‑time, and you will act as the main point of contact for all HR matters, supporting both administrative and technical functions.

Key responsibilities

• Full life‑cycle HR administration including contracts, onboarding, off‑boarding, personal document management, and tracking working hours and leave.
• Preparing and verifying payroll data processed by an external payroll provider.
• Active recruitment and sourcing for administrative and technical positions, including roles in railway and rolling stock service.
• Ensuring smooth onboarding and off‑boarding processes and conducting exit interviews.
• First point of contact for employee questions, supporting company culture and employee relations.
• HR reporting and management support such as employee counts, turnover, absences, and planning assistance.
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws and providing independent operational HR support.

Required profile

• Independent, proactive, and positive professional able to handle sensitive situations with composure.
• Solid knowledge of labour law and HR processes, acting as the go‑to person for end‑to‑end HR management.
• Experience in HR, ideally with active recruitment across administrative and technical positions.
• Fluent English for communication with headquarters abroad.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and motivated to contribute actively to HR processes and company culture.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
