Industrialization Engineer (all gender)

About the role

As an Industrialization Engineer you will support the maintenance, MRO and technical implementation activities for military transport aircraft, primarily the A400M. You will work closely with engineering, maintenance, quality and production teams to ensure that technical measures are correctly introduced into ongoing flight operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the industrialization of technical measures derived from maintenance and change documentation during flight operations.
• Analyse technical documentation and drawings to define implementation steps.
• Coordinate technical topics with engineering, maintenance, quality and production departments.
• Introduce measures into existing processes while ensuring technical conformity and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to workflow, process and technical standard optimisation within the MRO environment.
• Assist in fault analysis, root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in aerospace, mechanical, industrial engineering or a comparable technical field.
• Initial experience in maintenance, MRO, production or technical implementation in aviation, preferably with military programmes such as the A400M.
• Strong ability to read and assess technical drawings and documentation.
• Exposure to technical changes, modifications or maintenance activities.
• Experience in continued airworthiness or CAMO is a plus but not mandatory.
• Structured, communicative and solution‑oriented work style.
• Good English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
