Integrated Designer – 18‑month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

OLIVER is seeking an Integrated Designer for an 18‑month fixed‑term contract to work within a leading consumer health and hygiene brand’s in‑house studio. Based in Heidelberg, you will create and deliver design solutions across digital, social, print and e‑commerce channels for top FMCG and healthcare brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead concept development and visual design from brief to final delivery across digital, print, social and e‑commerce.
• Develop and pitch original creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create consumer‑first assets, including new ideas, asset repurposing and reformatting from global toolkits.
• Act as brand guardian, ensuring design consistency across all touchpoints.
• Produce work across formats such as pack retouching, lock‑ups, layouts, illustration, static and animated online banners, social posts, print, POS and e‑commerce.
• Storyboard and produce motion and animation concepts using After Effects and Premiere.
• Prepare and quality‑check files for print and web production.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, meeting agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Hands‑on designer with strong creative ownership and ability to shape brand‑consistent communications.
• Confident presenter who can articulate creative rationale to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborative team player working closely with project managers and fellow creatives.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on consumer‑first storytelling.
