Integrated Designer – 18‑month Fixed‑Term (Heidelberg)

About the role

OLIVER is seeking an Integrated Designer for an 18‑month fixed‑term contract based in Heidelberg, Germany. Working within a leading consumer health and hygiene brand’s in‑house studio, you will create and deliver design solutions across Europe, spanning digital, social, print and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead concept development and visual design from brief to final delivery for a range of assets, including digital banners, social posts, print collateral and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Produce and adapt creative assets for global toolkits, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Storyboard, animate and edit motion concepts using After Effects and Premiere.
• Prepare files for print and web, conducting pre‑production quality checks.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting agreed timelines and collaborating with project managers and other creatives.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated design work for FMCG or healthcare brands.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into consumer‑first visual solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a solid understanding of production processes for both print and digital media.
