Interim Senior Product Manager (F/M/X)

About the role

Ablefy is seeking an Interim Senior Product Manager to own and accelerate the sign‑up, onboarding and checkout experience for its marketplace of coaches and creators. This is an eight‑month fixed‑term assignment starting 1 November 2026, based in Berlin with the option to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the sign‑up and onboarding flow for the duration of the mandate.
• Drive measurable improvements in conversion metrics, reducing drop‑offs and shortening time to first revenue.
• Increase checkout conversion through payment‑method coverage, pricing‑setup friction reduction and data‑backed experiments.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, support and seller teams to align priorities and execute decisions.
• Lead a cross‑functional team without direct reports, making product decisions within the first month.
• Report on commercial impact and hand over a clean, prioritized backlog at the end of the contract.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior product manager in a SaaS or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable conversion improvements.
• Ability to work autonomously, set priorities and lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Data‑driven decision making and comfort with rapid experimentation.
• Excellent communication skills to work closely with internal stakeholders and external sellers.
