Intermediate Frontend Engineer (Remote‑first)

About the role

We are seeking an Intermediate Frontend Engineer to help shape the future of our product in a remote‑first environment. You will work within a cross‑functional team spread across Germany, turning feature ideas and technical improvements into production‑ready code.

Key responsibilities

• Navigate a complex codebase and extend it to implement new features or fix bugs.
• Collaborate actively with peers, clearly describing problems and seeking help when needed.
• Adopt a "don’t ask for permission, ask for forgiveness" mindset that empowers rapid delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and receive mentorship from senior team members.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
• DevOps mindset – you build it, you run it.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• JavaScript (mandatory).
• TypeScript (plus).
• Experience with Vue.js or React (Vue is a plus).
• Automated testing or TDD (plus).
• Build automation/CI pipelines (plus).
• GraphQL (plus).
